Subject: NCSA scholarship

Group Commander's,

The Ohio Wing finance committee has approved $500 for National Cadet Special Activities (NCSA) scholarship.  Cadets in your Group that have been accepted to NCSA, and need a little help meeting the financial requirements, can apply.  To request scholarship please have the cadet's unit commander email me.  As you can see, the schoarship amount is limited. So please, only request scholarship for cadets that really need it.
